We offer three distinct services:

Supply only - heat pump installations need to be correctly designed and specified to provide effective and efficient system performance. To secure funding under the RHI you will need to use an installer that is approved and certified under the Microgeneration Certification System (MCS).

It is a condition of our terms of sale that you provide evidence to Heat Pumps Direct of the skills and training of the person who is to undertake the installation work at the time of order to ensure that the relevant competency requirements are met.

Not qualified? If you are a suitably qualified installer or engineer who wishes to be trained to install heat pump technology, we can arrange training at concessionary rates and provide a complimentary commissioning voucher for your first installation!!

Supply and commission - Where the installation work is being undertaken by someone other than a certificated contractor then Heat Pumps Direct can provide a commissioning service and proof of installation so that the applicant can be formally registered in the RHI scheme.

Where this service is selected then a commissioning charge will be levied in addition to the cost of the equipment.
