Introduction

We do more than simply supply heat pumps and ancillary equipment.

In order to provide a comprehensive solution, Heat Pumps Direct has partnered with an accredited Microgeneration Certification Scheme approved heat pump installation company, whose staff are fully trained and experienced in the design, installation, commissioning and after sales support of our heat pump products.

You can be confident in their ability to install systems correctly. Being a multi skilled practice they have significant experience of the broad spectrum of renewable technologies and are able not only to engineer solutions that combine renewable heat sources but also to integrate these with traditional systems.

Examples range from systems that combine a heat pump with solar panels for domestic hot water to those using Photovoltaic Panels (PV) to help power a heat pump or alternatively bivalent systems, where a heat pump is combined with an existing boiler.

They are one of the leading specialists in this field.

All systems are fully commissioned to ensure that they are operating to the intended design parameters and details of the system's performance recorded for future reference.

In order to ensure the highest levels of quality and to provide peace of mind our installation partners are also able to provide technical consultancy and system specification.

Stage 1 - Enquire
Select your profile and complete our online enquiry form. If you need help completing this then you can request a callback so that we can help you complete it.

Stage 2 - Assess
We will then calculate the energy requirement of the building and recommend a Heat Pump solution and provide you with an estimate. We will also provide an estimate of the annual energy performance of the system.

Stage 3 - Quote
We will contact you to discuss the estimate and answer any questions.

Stage 4 - Confirm
Assuming the estimate is acceptable, a site meeting will be arranged to finalise the details. A deposit will be required on placing an order, whereupon the installation work can then be programmed.

Stage 5 - Install
The installation will then be undertaken by our engineers. When the installation is complete, the engineer will commission the heat pump system, explain the operating instructions to the client and provide hand over documentation
